So thought it would be nice to spice it up a bit and modify some Korean noodles for breakfast. So I picked the basis to be the Ottogi Jin Ramen.
Two packets – powder and veggies.
Veggies and powder – a huge amount of powder!!!
Here’s the ramen finished product unadulterated. Click image to enlarge.
And here it is with fried eggs! I really liked it with the eggs – thought it’d be nice for a change. The noodles were good, broth was good but a little simple. The runny yolk on an egg flavored it up nicely though. I’m going to give it 3.5 out of 5.0 – egg bumped it up! Try it! Get it here.
I thought this one had way too much onion powder taste. I did like the veggies in it, and it was a large serving, but I would probably not buy this one again.
