…and the finished product (click image to enlarge). The noodles were interesting; they tasted good pre and post cooking. Pretty weak texture though. The broth was good – I’m thinking it was miso flavored but not sure. If anyone can read Japanese, please comment so I can add any more pertinent information in the title. I’m giving it a 3.5 out of 5.0 – it was above expectations and tasted good.
