Six Fortune stuff is usually pretty good but I haven’t seen a lot of it around. So let’s give it a try!
Soybean paste liquid soup and veggies.
Pretty thick paste – should be good broth!
Click image to enlarge. So I added an egg whilst the noodles were boiling. The noodles are exquisite – chewy and broad – not quite udon but between udon and ramen. The egg infused broth was also quite good – a little touch spicy and soy. The veggies were just the right amount. I am surprised at how much I truly enjoyed these noodles. I’m giving it a 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
So couldn’t find anything by Sin Fortune but did find this – a video of people in Canada eating Six Fortune brand lobster flavored chips and sharing them with assorted pets.
