So here’s one I got from Ramen Rater contributor Michael M. from Staten Island, NY. He said he found some of these down the aisle with kosher foods at his grocery store. Well, let’s give it a try!
So one thing that I find interesting – he sent me some that were chicken flavor and some that were imitation chicken flavor. This just says chicken… Another case of ‘how the heck to they tell which is which in the factory?’
Pretty much your standard Top Ramen-esque packet of flavoring.
Click image to enlarge. Two cups of water and a couple of eggs that were cooked with the noodles. So not bad – the noodles were a slight bit better than I expected; slightly more backbone than cheap ramen. The broth was kind of watered down though and I think 1 3/4 cups of water might have combated that. Not bad, not something to write home about. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars.
