It certainly looks like shrimp and very enjoyable in the picture. I wonder how it will taste though. That’s kind of the question I ask myself 50% of the time. The other 50% is kind of a oh look it’s chicken this should be chicken like. This on the other hand is Vietnamese, and sour and spicy and shrimp. So we shall see…
Powder packet and seasoned oil packet. Kind of a dilemma here; was going to possibly go a little easy on the heat this morning as I don’t really want to deal with heartburn later, but the heat’s not in it’s own packet so I guess I’ll just have to go full steam ahead on this one!

Click image to enlarge. So I added two fried eggs. I like the texture of the noodles. The flavor is a little weird though – I must say kind of like tomato, basil and carbon paper scent. Yeah this isn’t really very good in my opinion. A very strange flavor. 1.75 out of 5.0 stars.

I usually use some spray olive oil – that seems like a lot of oil they’re using. By the way for those stateside, groundnut oil is peanut oil.
