Hey it’s one of those little cakes of vegetables! Awesome!
Click image to enlarge. Finished! Wow so the noodles were quite decent – not spongy at all but having a dcent backbone and nice attitude about life. The broth had a nice flavor, not overwhelming but very tasty nonetheless. The veggies were definitely the highlight here – lots of cabbage and bits of other stuff in there – worthy!!! 3.75 out of 5.0 stars!
