Hi! I’m Christine from Portland, OR USA. This is Rice noodles with Chinese BBQ pork slices, Korean Kimchi, green onions, carrots and broccoli in a clear broth! I made this with stuff that happened to be around and it came out so good, next time I’ll shop for it! 😉

Attached is my go to ramen. It is Sapporo Ichiban Ramen Original flavor with 5 oz of sliced flat iron steak, chopped green onion, sriracha hot chili sauce, dab of sesame oil, and a sprinkle of Nanami Togarashi chili powder. It is delicious!
