I would but my noodles always look so messy, piled high with cheese and egg goodness. I really enjoy your blog BTW, I now go to our Asian grocery with a list of noodles to try.
You should send a pic, messy or not! From the sounds of it, my wife would probably give that pretty good marks as she’s a cheese-a-holic!
