Here’s another that was sent by my friend in Jakarta, Indonesia – thanks again! Next week, I’m starting up a new Meet The Manufacturer spotlight and so I thought I’d have something very different from what I’ll be sampling. Let’s give it a try!

Has a nice lime scent.
This powder goes on top at the end as a garnish.
Interesting stuff – a powder garnish? Then again, powdered sugar on a doughnut is kind of the same thing.
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added an egg, onions and some Dua Belibis chili sauce. The noodles are good – a little plumper and slightly more backbone than what I expected. The broth has a nice sweet and spiciness with a lot of good lime taste – and scent. Very good bowl of soup for breakfast. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 089686915044 .
