I can’t even imagine how long ago I last reviewed anything from Wai Wai – pretty stoked on it! Let’s try seom Thai noodles!

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added some scrambled egg and Krazy Mixed Up Salt. The noodles are different than most. They’re pre-seasoned with a nice sesame hint to them. They are also not chewy – they’re very very thin and light for wheat flour noodles. The broth is nice – not overly salty and has a very strong heat to it. A nice little meal! 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
