Always looks so funky and foul but I tell ya – this makes a lot of instant noodle broths come to life!

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added broccoli, red bell pepper, onions, Ajishima Kimchi Furikake, a scrambled egg, Krazy Mixed Up Salt and Crystal hot sauce. The noodles – surprises me how many come out of this cup – tons! They’re pretty good too – not soggy or spongy. The broth is delicious – spicy and a little sweet with a rich flavor.
