    do you think that sometime you could make a top ten list of gluten-free instant noodles? i’ve always had loads of health problems, but now they’re thinking i might have celiac disease. take ANYTHING but the noodles, man! i can’t live without indomie mi goreng BBQ chicken!!

      1. “Gluten is a protein found in wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye, malts and triticale. It is used as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent, often as “dextrin”.”
        so basically, it would need to not have those products in it. that would mean only rice/bean/sweet potato noodles.
