Here’s another one sent by Scott over at Nissin – thanks! Turns out the expiration dates on these are short so thought I’d better hit it up! Rich miso flavor… Pretty fancy bowl – let’s give it a try!

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added green onion and hard boiled egg. The noodles are very nice – perfect chewiness and truly authentic. The broth is what you’d expect from a miso miso – strong miso flavor and hearty. The veggies are good – the corn about as good as you could get. The pork? Ahhh very tasty – and wonderful quality.
