The pollen noodles. They’re not fried, they’re dried in the sun. This makes the production quantity a bit lower since it isn’t sunny every day.
The sesame sauce packet.
A nice color and scent.
The soy sauce packet.
Soy sauce.
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added beef, Vidalia sweet onion and bell pepper sauteed with Worcestershire sauce and a sprinkle of Urashima Sesame & Salt furikake. The noodles are thin and delicate, with a very soft, gentle texture. The flavor of sesame and soy are very nice – also gentle. It seems to me that overpowering flavors aren’t the norm in this brand; flavors that are added to enhance the noodle seem to be the way. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 4716873920258.
