Estonian noodles – until very recently, I didn’t know there were any instant noodles produced there. What I’m finding though is that it sure looks like almost every country has somebody making one or another variety! Let’s check these out.

Has a beefy flavor!
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added beef, Vidalia sweet onion and red bell pepper sauteed in Worcestershire sauce and a little black pepper. The noodles have a decent texture and are a tad larger than run of the mill instants. The broth is on the lighter side but has a nice beef flavor. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 4742298001173.
