Finished (click image to enlarge). Added peas, carrot, broccoli, red, orange and yellow bell peppers, Walla Walla sweet onion, sliced grape tomatoes, cardamom (cilantro) and jalapeno. The noodles are chewy with a little crumble and a nice thickness.
