Hey something from Thailand! Sounds good to me! Lime, pork, spiciness… Let’s get to it!
Here’s the back of the package (click image to enlarge). Looks to me meat-free but check for yourself. To prepare, put noodle block and sachet contents in a bowl. Add 300ml boiling water and cover for 3 minutes. Give it a stir and it’s ready.
The noodle block.
The soup base sachet.
Has a peanut and spicy scent.
The oil sachet.
Has a citrus scent.
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added minced ham, lime, Fresno chilli pepper and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha sauce. The noodles are thin and have a nice texture. They’re pre seasoned with a slight sesame oil hint. The broth is really odd. I thought it smelled bad at first, but when I tasted it I quite enjoyed it. Pork, chilli, lime and other flavors come in and duck out when you taste its flavor. Fascinating. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.UPC bar code 8850987143618.
Not exactly sure, but it looks to be a little shop you can go into in Thailand and pick the instant noodle and then they gussy it up for you real nice!
