Here’s one my wife got for me for Christmas! Thanks, Kitten! There are a myriad of these noodle trays in the US market that I’ve not reviewed and this is one of them. Let’s have a look!
The back of the package (click image to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, empty all the contents except garnish into the tray. Add 2 tablespoons of water and loosely cover with lid. Microwave for 2 minutes Let sit for 1 minute. Open, stir and add garnish – enjoy!

Sesame seeds!
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added shrimp with BonCabe chilli powder seasoning and lime. The noodles are great – nice and chewy with a fresh feel. The flavor was really good too – a little sweet and with a decent citrus element that wasn’t overwhelming. The vegetables hydrated well and the sesame seeds were a nice touch. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars.
