Here’s the first of the Sakura Noodle Inc. Meet The Manufacturer! I thought I’d start off with chicken. I haven’t been using a lot of chicken lately and it sounded like a nice little departure from the norm lately. Usually I save the chicken varieties for my son to eat when he’s here – chicken noodles are his favorite. Let’s give this one a try!
Here’s the back of the package (click image to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil 1 3/4 cups of water. Add noodle block and cook for 2 minutes. Add contents of seasoning sachet and stir. Enjoy!

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added carrot, hard boiled egg, enoki mushroom, green onion and grilled chicken. The noodles are great – excellent texture and chewiness. The broth is warm and inviting with a nice chicken flavor. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 078128120313.
