I had a different version of this variety make The Ramen Rater’s Top Ten Taiwanese Instant Noodles Of All Time last year – I don’t know if it’s just a different way of packaging or what, but I’ve got high hopes on this one! Let’s check it out! It’s curry time!

The cooking direction are on a side panel (click image to enlarge). To prepare, add one noodle block to 400ml boiling water and cook 3-5 minutes (I cooked them for 4). Stir in sachet contents and cook another minute. Enjoy!

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added broccoli, orange bell pepper and white onion, mung bean sprouts. The noodles are wide and flat and have a great chew – very premium. The broth has a nice sweet curry kind of flavor – much like South Korean and Japanese curry varieties. The supplied vegetables hydrated just perfectly.
