Hey check it out – Nissin Cup Noodles got a big facelift.
Here’s how they used to look – cardboard outer packaging is now gone. Less packaging and different materials have been used to make them more environmentally friendly. Also, they’re now microwavable! Yes, I’m sure many of you microwaved them before, but you weren’t supposed to. The new cups also have a little extra room so you can add veggies and meats or whatever you want to oomph up your noodles! Let’s check this new cup out!
Here’s a little collage of Miles from yesterday right before we went out. He was happy with his pacifier, then he would drop it and get really unhappy. Generally he’s quite happy! Just thought I’d share.
Detail of the side panels (click image to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, add room temperature water to the fill line. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Let sit in the microwave for a minute more. Stir and enjoy!

The seasoning infused noodle block.
Some of the loose vegetables from the cup.
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, beef, spring onion, Velveeta cheese and Shark Brand Sriracha chili sauce. The noodles hydrated very well – perfect out of the microwave. The broth does indeed have a beefy taste and the supplied vegetables hydrated very well. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 070662030011.
