Here’s another one I received after the trip to Thailand I took in May. Thanks again! This one hails from Myanmar! Let’s look within!
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and add boiling water to line. Cover and steep 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
An included fork!
Parts of the noodle block.
Dry soup base.
Has a bright lemongrass scent.
An oil sachet.
Has a spicy shrimp scent.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added coriander, lime and shrimp. The noodles hydrated decently in 3 minutes – good gauge and chew. The broth was interesting; I detected the standard spicy and lemongrass notes, but there was an underlying smokiness I’d not experienced before in a tom yum. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9510412609.
Probably the most well-known MAMA instant – MAMA Instant Noodle, Tom Yum Shrimp Spicy Flavor, 3.17 Ounce (Pack of 20)
A nice video of things to do in Myanmar!
