This is what looks to be Myojo’s pack version of their chicken flavor bowl. I’m having a little trouble withe the tern ‘tanmen.’ I see it is a Japanese ramen style, but I’m thinking in this usage, it’s just meaning noodle soup. Let’s have a look.
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, cook noodles in 450ml boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Stir and enjoy!

The soup base sachet.
A fine powder with a chicken scent.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken and Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts. The noodles had a good texture – a nice softness and heartiness. The broth indeed was chickenny and decent. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8888107000015.
