Previously, I reviewed Myojo’s chicken abalone pack version – this is the bowl version. This is the next to last review of this Meet The Manufacturer – been quite nice to try all of these varieties! Let’s check this bowl out!
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains crustacean and fish. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water and cover for 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
The noodle block.
The soup base sachet.
Has a kind of clam and chicken scent.
The special garnish sachet.
Bits of spring onion, fish cake and more.
Finished (click to enlarge). The noodles hydrated very nicely as with the other yellow bowls they have. Decent gauge and soft chew. The broth is predominantly chicken, with an abalone flavor lingering which was nice but not overwhelming. The addition of the special garnish was really nice. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
