Today, we come to the end of this Meet The Manufacturer with Myojo of Singapore. Lots of great new flavors to try in this one! Todaym we end things off with Mee Poh Dry. I did some scrouing of the Internet and found that Mee Poh often is served with fish ball, so I’m pleased at that since I love using fish ball – and the ones I have in my freezer are indeed from Singapore. Let’s dig in!
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Contains crustacean and fish. To prepare, boil noodles in 450ml water for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Add in seasonings sachet contents and stir well. Enjoy!
The noodle block – different noodles than what I’ve reviewed in this Meet The Manufacturer thus far.
The seasoning sachet.
A light powder.
Looks like oil with garlic perhaps.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Dodo Prawn Flavor fishball, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, red pepper flake, crab stick, black pepper and coriander. The noodles in this one were neat – flat and broad. They have a light chew and a definite comfort foodiness to them I quite enjoyed. The flavor is kind of a light buttery, salty and tasty hit – again, kind of like mee goreng in preparation but very different in flavor. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8888107000060.
