Here’s one of the few I have left that were sent by James B. of the Netherlands – thanks again! I’m real curious whether this will have a strong tandoori chicken flavor or just a nice spicy mixture. I guess there’s only one way to find out! Let’s crack open the pack and have a look!
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare without broth, add noodle block to boiling water and let steep for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachets and stir well. For a soupy version, add everything to a bowl and add 250ml boiling water. Cover and let stand 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!I’ll try the dry method.
The noodle block.
A seasoning sachet.
Has a sort of earthy scent.
Finished (click to enlarge). The noodles came out really far to the mushy/overly soft end of the stick. What’s a bummer is that the flavor from the sachets was just great – a nice, rich tandoori taste I really liked. 2.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8712100756726.
