Here’s another one from the Meet The Manufacturer I did with Nissin Hong Kong. So vongole is a kind of clam and pasta dish very popular in southeast Asia. Let’s check it out!
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains clams. To prepare, remove lid and add in contents of clear sachets. Add cold water to fill line. Microwave at 700W for 6 minutes, 30 seconds (use this tool to convert for your microwave). Add in contents of green sachet. Stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
Sachet number 1!
Veggies and clams.
The second sachet.
A really light powder.
A tiny third sachet.
Has a great butter and garlic scent.
Finished (click to enlarge). The noodles come out really quite nicely – round gauge and a definitely more pasta style chew. They’ve good – can’t fault ’em. The Vongole flavor hasn’t totally been my thing in the past. This is really good though – clam and garlic and butter all around with nicely hydrated veggies – this is really good. To top it off, the dehydrated clams come out quite well. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4897878660032.
