A light powder.

Looks like cabbage and spring onion perhaps.
The slice of chashu pork.
Always surprises me how nice dehydrated pork is when it rehydrates.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, hard boiled egg and shichimi togarashi. The noodles have a very premium chew to them – good stuff. The broth is definitely rich and hearty – thick and full of tasty soy sauce flavor. The garnish of the spring onion was very good and of course the pork slice was excellent. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
