To start things off, I thought it would be interesting to try one of these Cup Noodles that come with hot sauce. Definitely not uncommon around the world to find a Cup Noodle variety with a sauce sachet, however it seems to be a little less common in the Americas. Let’s give it a try!

This stuff smells great – bright and spicy!
Finished (click to enlarge). Added cilantro, baked chicken, corn, and queso fresco. The noodles were great – pretty standard western Cup Noodles gauge and nice hydration in the three minutes allotted. The broth has a decent chicken taste which was fine, but with the botanera hot sauce, it really brought it up a nice way. Vegetables came out very well. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
