The name of this one – RapiFideo – is a combination of two words. ‘Rapido,’ meaning ‘Quick’ and ‘Fideo’ which means ‘Noodle.’ I reviewed these a while back – let’s revisit them for this Meet The Manufacturer!
Nissin RapiFideo Sabor A Chile Y Limon – Mexico
Detail of the side panel (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, remove lid completely and add water to line, stir and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!

As with the Maxi Nissin Sopa, these look to be ‘cuchareable’ noodle (spoonable) – although much thinner this time. They’re pre-seasoned as well.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken with adobo seasoning, bell pepper, cilantro, mild cheddar cheese and Cholula Chili Garlic hot sauce. The noodles are round with a light-to-mid chew and short in nature. The broth has a kind of spicy taste with a hint of lemon. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 7503020651021.
