Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, Cholula Chili Garlic hot sauce, fried egg and jalapeno slices. The noodles were as expected – hydrated well and pretty good. The broth had a kind of bright taste to it. The vegetables and shrimp hydrated well and were pretty good. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 070662140123.
