Here’s a little about this variety of tom yam from Wikipedia –
tom yam kung (Thai: ต้มยำกุ้ง) – the version of the dish most popular among tourists, is made with prawns as the main ingredient.[10] The dish originated during the Rattanakosin Kingdom.[11]
I’ve never seen this Banzai brand before which is great – always nice to see new brands I’ve not reviewed popping up! Let’s take a look!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add all sachets and 320-350ml boiling water. Cover for 3-4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts and coriander. Noodles came out pretty well – a little stringy – kind of a weird term to use but I can’t think of one much better.
