In addition to the line of straight noodle varieties in the Man Dashi range, there’s also single serve packs of wide gauge broad noodles. Here’s what Wu-Mu has to say about this variety –
The width of the noodle is perfect-proportioned. The middle of wavy noodles are thick, while the both sides are thin, that is why the sauce is more easily stuck in the noodle itself, creating different layers of the tastes!
One of the top ten Chinese traditional wheaten food, with local Beijing fried bean meat sauce which is made of thick broad-bean sauce, chili sauce, miso sauce, soy sauce…etc. The sauce is rich, and it’s possible to taste the pellets of fried beans in the sauce.
This one sounds interesting – let’s give it a try!
