Another Man Dashi variety today – this time it’s BBQ! Here’s what they have to say about this one –
● The width of the noodle is perfect-proportioned. The middle of wavy noodles are thick, while the both sides are thin, that is why the sauce is more easily stuck in the noodle itself, creating different layers of the tastes!
● The sauce is made of 100% pure sesame oil and few types of seasonings, simmer until it’s cooked. Sweetness and light spiciness blending harmoniously in the mouth, the BBQ sauce is finger-licking.
Nice – it’s finger-licking good! Let’s see!

Thick – with a sweet scent.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and barbecue pork. The noodles have a nice chew to them – lighter than many dry noodles I’ve had but very satisfying. The barbecue flavor was just plain good. It had a slightly sweet and smoky taste to it. Very impressed! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4710175574270.
