Here’s another one that was sent by a University student working on her master’s thesis. She asked me to review a set of six instant noodle varieties by Vedan. Sure! I’ve tried this before in an export version and really didn’t like it. Let’s give this local variety a try.
Vedan Wei Wei “A ” Series Instant Noodles Chicken Flavor XL – Taiwan
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle and dry sachet to a bowl along with 500ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Drain liquid into soup bowl. Add in liquid base sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Noodle comes out very well – definitely a large quantity here! Goes great with the sauce – which has a light taste. Some spices and little bit in there work well.
