A little whle back I was asked if I could review some noodles by a Taiwanese instant noodles by a Taiwanese university student working on her master’s thesis. As a thank you, she sent more varieties for me to try including this one. I’m don’t know who this fellow is on the package. It’s a big cardboard box with two servings – and it’s big. Let’s give it a look!
Vedan Stewed Pork Noodles With Mushroom – Taiwan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains pork. To prepare, boil noodles for 1~2 minutes in 400ml boiling water. Drain. Add in soup pouch. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seeds. The nodles were thick and chewy. Round in shape and pretty good. The broth had a vry hearty stewed pork taste, and included nice and tasty pork, good mushrooms (yeah that’s me saying this) and potato. Impressed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4710110232524.
