Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, soft egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, barbecue pork, and spring onion. The noodles are great – flat and plentiful. The broth is rather interesting with a nice shrimp taste, a hint of spiciness and a rich taste.
