I was looking on Facebook and a friend from Samyang Foods posted something about developing a range specifically for France. Having never reviewed anything for the French marketplace, I thought this would be really great to try. Well, they arrived recently and so today we start with this interesting variety. What is it? Well, most likely it’s the standard buldak bokkeummyun fire noodle in different clothes. But we’ll find out. Let’s have a look!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add boiling water to fill line and cover for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). The noodles were a bit thinner and chewier then the ones in the regular buldak bokkeummyun cup you may have had. Enjoyed them. The flavor was very close but a little tastier. Spiciness seemed less. Honestly, I liked this quite a bit! 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8805957019455.
