When I used to drink (and I was very good at it, mind you), I would often try beers from different countries. One I remember from South Korea was Hite beer. It’s pretty good stuff – they had them in cans and bottles and then in these huge plastic jugs which I would get from time to time. Hite Ramen Cup Noodle Soup – Russia
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add boiling water and sachet contents and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
The noodle block.
Loose bits from the cup.
A dry sachet.
A coarse powder.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg yolk, boiled beef, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion. Noodles came out well for the most part although got on little crunchy one which flavorwise was negligible. The broth was a lightly spicy one with a sweetness and attention to mushroom. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073211698.
