Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seeds, shichimi togarashi, spring onion, and Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts. The noodles are wide and slightly thick but incredibly soft. Broth is light with a bit of a bonito hit to it. The amount of included garnish is quite impressive and of good quality. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901990330961.
