This variety is by a company called Sanpo. Their website (Google translation) states -“We added 1.5 times the Kyushu-made spicy green pepper chips (compared to our company) and it became even more delicious. It is delicious that a spicy pork bone soup with chili pepper is effective based on a mild Hakata-like pork bone soup.”

Sanpo Spicy Green Pepper Tonkotsu Ramen – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Guessing it contains pork but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles to 450ml boiling water and cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Add in sachet contents and cook an additional minute. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, soft egg, chashu pork, spring onion, sesame seeds, and shichimi togarashi. Noodles are great – longtime fan of the straight noodle an they work very well in this broth. The broth is a lavish and sultry tonkotsu with a really great smack of peppiness which gives it a unique quality I really loved. Bravo! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901773013227.
