This sounds really good – as many of you know, I’m a staunch advocate for curry of all kinds, and Japanese curry is one of my favorite varieties. Let’s see how it fares.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, soft egg, spring onion, shichimi togarashi, Noodles came out pretty well. Broth does indeed have a cheese and curry taste to it, but not really finding the combo all that impressive. I think if it included more vegetable or meat it might be better.
