Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, egg, narutomaki, chashu,shichimi togarashiand sesame seeds. The noodles are of good quality, however the chewiness was kind of off-putting to be honest. I think they just seemed wrong for the gauge.
