Itsuki Cold Tea Soba – Japan
Detail of the package (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, cook noodles 4~5 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water. For the dipping sauce, combine 1 sachet with 50ml cold water and mix. Finally, di soba into sauce and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and narutomaki to the noodle and sesame seeds to the dipping sauce. Noodles are great cold – just the right gauge and chew for dipping.
