This bears nothing ill towards Wu-Mu of course, so apologies for this one being the review that got the cursing, but it was something I had to do. Wu-Mu’s stuff is top-notch! Let’s check it out!
Wu-Mu Mandashi Mala Spicy Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the back (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in a pot for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken with habanero curry and Nutek Salt For Life, spring onion, chili oil, and sesame seed. The noodles are really special. Like broader flat Taiwan noodles, however these are thinner. Very hearty. Flavor is strong – spicy and savory. Loved it. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4710175574614.
