Okay so this one should be interesting. The last one I had from this company was alright. Taiwanese beef noodle is kind of a big deal over in Taiwan. Curious how this one will be. Let’s find out.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Lao Ga Ma Chili Crisp, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, sauteed beef, and sesame seeds. Honestly, this was pretty decent, however wasn’t really up to par with the name to be honest. It just was missing something and really was an ingredient or two shy from reminding me more of pho.
