Here’s what they had to say about this one – “This is a very special shoyu ramen because it has the added flavor of Maruhon sesame oil (the brand was founded in 1725). It has a soy sauce taste that combines pork and Chinese cabbage, shiitake mushrooms and oyster flavors . The rich flavor of sesame oil gives this dish a delicious and distinctive character.”

Noodles were quite nice – round in nature and a good backbone. The broth was a great back and forth of shoyu and sesame oil. The sesame component was particularly good and the company that makes the oil for this one was established in 1725. I guess they’ve had practive. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901734035817.
