The noodle block.

A wet sachet of soup base.

Feels like a dry garnish sachet.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chili oil, shichimi, chashu, egg, sesame seed, spring onion, and Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts. Noodles were interesting – kind of like a floury Hakata thing, but it was odd; made me think that perhaps they were underdone but they weren’t. The broth was a kind of tonkotsu that leaned more towards vegetable than meaty. It wasn’t what my mind gravitates to when it comes to tonkotsu, however it was pretty good. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4979397780009.
