Good morning! I’m getting this post ready at 2am. I actually shot the pictures around 1am. Did 18 miles of walking yesterday and so when my buddy Matt decided to play with his Google Nest device and call me at 11:50pm and wake me up and alerted me to a bad leg cramp about o catch fire I ended up staying up. I’ll sleep tonight… Anyways, yeah – been a while since some pho – fingers crossed. Let’s give it a go!
Nhu Vietnamese Pho Instant Rice Noodles Beef Flavor – Vietnam
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add all sachet and 400ml boiling water to a bowl. Cover 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).
An included fork!
The rice noodles.
A dry sachet of powder base.
A wet sachet of seasoned oil.
A dry sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, beef, chili flake, and coriander. Rice noodles are extremely soft and a medium narrow. The broth is very light in color for something beef, but it has a very savory and sweet taste to it with anise and other herbs coming through quite well. Impressed with this one. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934663900389.
