Ah ha! I knew I had more of these bowls! I walk by this every time I go to 99 Ranch Market but I don’t buy more because I swore I already bought all of them. Well, here’s another one. Bowl is a little dented (okay, a lot dented) but it’s fine. Let’s give it a try!

Detail of the lid (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and boiling water to 80% full. Cover 3-5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts. The noodles were decent – chewier than expected. However the broth had a kind of bitter funk to it I did not like.
